Did you order the wrong product and want to return an item? Fill out the form below to request return authorization, and wait for the response<\/strong> from our sales office before returning the products.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, we remind you of the provisions of article 6 of our General Conditions of Sale:<\/p>\n

6.1 Paytec shall not accept any returns application or procedure 12 (twelve) months after the date of delivery of the Products to the Customer.<\/em>
\n6.2 Returns must be previously checked, agreed upon and authorized in writing by Paytec.<\/strong> They must be received by Paytec within 30 (thirty) days from the date of authorization. After such term has expired, any returns arrangement or authorization shall cease to have effect.<\/em>
\n6.3 Any returns costs are at the charge of the Customer only.<\/em><\/p>\n
